私たちの二相 2205 ステンレス鋼シートオーステナイト系ステンレス鋼とフェライト系ステンレス鋼の最良の特性を組み合わせ、316L の 2 倍の降伏強度優れた耐塩化物応力腐食割れ性。厚さ 5.0 mm のこれらのシートは、最も要求の厳しい用途向けに設計されています。海洋石油プラットフォーム、海水淡水化、化学処理標準グレードが早期に失敗するアプリケーション。
- 2倍の降伏強度:最小降伏強度は 450 MPa ですが、316L では 170 MPa となり、薄肉設計と大幅な重量削減が可能になります。
- 優れた耐塩化物SCC性:PREN ≥35 は、塩化物が豊富な環境での応力腐食割れに対する優れた耐性を提供します。
- 優れた耐孔食性:クロム (22%)、モリブデン (3%)、窒素の含有量が高く、非常に安定した不動態層を形成します。
- 良好な溶接性:腐食性能に適合する二相固有の溶加材を使用した標準手順で溶接可能
