私たちの316L 2B 仕上げステンレス鋼シートは、標準 304 では実行できない最も要求の厳しい環境向けに設計されています。と2.0-3.0%モリブデンこのグレードは、超低炭素含有量 (≤0.03%) により、孔食、隙間腐食、粒界攻撃に対して優れた耐性を発揮します。塩化物が豊富な環境および化学処理環境。
- モリブデン強化:2.0 ～ 3.0% の Mo 含有量により、塩化物および還元酸に対する耐性が大幅に向上します。
- 低炭素 (L グレード):炭素が 0.03% 以下であるため、溶接中の炭化クロムの析出が防止され、溶接後のアニーリングが不要になります。
- 優れた耐孔食性:PREN 値 ≥24 により、海洋および沿岸用途での長寿命が保証されます
